Card payment

Good day, I have never been so lived in my whole life, I got to an absa ATM to withdraw money from my ecentive card, the Atm swallowed my card, as I walk in the branch, a lady by Charlotte Venter, tells me to sit down she will go check for the card, she came back and went to a cubicle in the bank she comes back to tell me that she can verify my details coz it's not a absa card and they will have to destroy the card, my asking her that I w I'll get everything to verify my details to the card she says sorry mam please wait for the manager, the manager Ajay Chaturi comes to tell me the very same bull**** and they can't contact the company that my ecentive card belongs with to verify my details... All I saw was 2 pple that didn't want to even hear or help me in anything.... Replacing the card will charge me R200, I need absa to refund my R200 and apology of not trying to assist me anyway by the 2 absa employees at Absa Randburg on republic road (Ferndale) ***
