Card issued but not working, but charging me amounts everymonth

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Avios and ABSA collabarately issued me new credit card which is not even working and expecting me to pay fees with interests by sending statements and received calls from collection departments. please 1st get start my card working and you charge me fees etc from this month. I have not even used this card for one time yet as its not working and how can you expect me to pay monthly fees etc. this is bull ****.</p>
