Card *****

I was a victim of a card theft in the morning, I was at an ATM trying to withdraw money with my ABSA card at an FNB ATM, the ATM was empty, the ATM declined my transaction, a guy came from the car, he stood by to use the ATM, when I was done he went in, took out money and told me he saw me struggling, the ATM is operational, I said nothing to the guy, went to the ATM, he moved and went back to the car, when I put in my card and pressed my pin, the ATM suddenly went out of service, I stood there for 30 mins but the card did not come out, when I went home to fetch my phone I started getting withdrawal sms's, all my money was withdrawn from different ATMs, twice in DE LA REY and once in GOLDMAN SPAR, I called ABSA at past 7 in the morning, my card was blocked and I went in to report the incident at the nearest ABSA branch in Flora Centre, a case was opened they said I will be contacted soon, I am still waiting and I also opened a case at my nearest police station, I just wanna know how long will the process take cos I don't even have money to pay rent or buy food and my landlord does not want to understand
