Card Delivery

I was scheduled a delivery of my ABSA card today the 02/10/2023 now i receive a call from CCD couriers advising my that my card was sent to cape town incorrectly and i have to wait for it to be delivered they don't provide to time frame as to when no apology just that its in cape town This is really a inconvenience to me its been over 5 working days now and i still don't have my card.
