Card Collections

<p>I receive an SMS notifying me I must collect a card from Glen Marais Branch urgently within 5 days only to get there, stand in a queue for over a half hour and then get advised that the SMS system is sending out duplicate SMS's.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can an error like this happen with the technology we have? They really know how to waste a persons time.</p>
