Card blocking is outrageous

What is wrong with Absa?? Without as much as an SMS or a courtesy call, they put a FICA block on my business account and left me stranded, each time away from home, without access to my funds. Three times I sent them the FICA docs and twice they got lost mysteriously, only to repeat the procedure!! Now my personal account card has mysteriously been blocked and their call centre cannot tell me why. While they are raking in generous fees and interest, all I get as a thank you is grief. Shame on you.
