Card application takes too long

I app**** for a Virgin Money Credit Card on 26 November and sent all the documents on 30 November. Then there was a long back and forth between certified ID's and non-certified ID's. After all of this hassle and waiting, it is now 18 December and still no card. I phoned the call center and it turns out they are still busy with Fica - the card has not even been printed yet! <br> <br> Virgin Money is dead slow, who has time to deal with such a slow company in today's time, where it takes more than month just waiting for the paper work to get a credit card? I am very disappointed in the slow service.<br> <br> I have now cancelled the credit card as it won't be ready by Christmas.
