Car written off,Insurance paid up but R5700 owed

I bought an NP200 via Absa bank, I had an insurance with Outsurance,a Topup from PinnAfrica and a Service and maintenance plan from Innovation Group.The car was written off after an accident in February 2015,Outsurance paid the book value of the car,PinnAfrica paid the outstanding but still Absa contacted me saying that I owe R5700.00 and I need to pay immediately or I will be blacklisted
