Car repossessed and yet insurance paid out later

Hi.I am Ms Marion Philander.My husband bought a car around 2019.When Covid 19 events happened my husband struggled with payments but the bank gave him payment relief and we were also covered with the necessary insurance at the time.Unfortunate and sadly my husband passed away in July 2023 and by that time we already had the car for four years.I was still coming to terms with my husband's passing and in beginning mourning stages when one day people arrived out of nowhere and came to repossess the car from me.I was never informed by the bank or anyone that this would happen.I was bereaved and on stress medication because I was also severely depressed at the time and on doctors treatment.However that didn't matter as the people which I assumed came from the bank didn't give me any clarity of the situation. They simply hand me a document to sign without explaining their actions or giving me the chance to read through the documents they insisted on being signed by me.Because of my situation and depressed state of mind I was able to think clear and to process what was happening at the time.They quickly shove the documents in my hands and threaten me to sign to avoid problems and to hand over the car.I just know 5 minutes they drove off in my car.Now almost three years later I enquire at the bank via email about a Absa account of my husband when I received a reply that shocked me.Absa bank told me that they paid out insurance on my husband's car which were already repossessed by the bank.I was in complete shock as this was information I never enquired about in the first place.Immediately I ask the insurance claim department what is going on and where did the money go that they paid out.They told me they paid it to the car account and that they also told me that they hope it will bring some sort of comfort or relief for my loss.I asked more questions but haven't gotten an satisfying aswer so far because if insurance paid the car then where is my car now?I haven't received the money.The car is paid but the it is not currently in my possession.My car were repossessed so insurance should never have paid out to something that's no longer in my possession.Someone is now driving a car that my husband's insurance paid.Where's the insurance money and where's the car because I don't have either of the two.I recently contacted a lawyer but I hardly have the finances of appointing a full time lawyer that can handle the case for me.I am a struggling widow hoping for assistance to clear up this mess because something isn't right.I need urgent help.
