Car reposessed with acknowledgement of payment by Absa

<p>I just had the worst expirience in my life with Absa vehicle finanace, i was behinf with instalments for 3 months in 2015 due to loss of employment, sice then i was able to start working and im payoing for the car to date, last week thursday on the 1st of December 2016 Absa came to my premises and took the car without any papers being signed, and also not allowing me to reistate my contract, i have been paying for the car the whole year without missing payments every month also trying to catch up with arrears,however they refuse to negotiate nor arrange to pay off the arrears.i have statements proving i have been paying and the statements do not coreespond with theirs, if ABSA can hear my plea i wopuld really appreciate it as im in a predicament of losing my job as result of this, my arrears are sitting at R14000 and i ahd the car since 2014.</p> <p>im willing to cover the arrears immidiately and as well summonds were sent to the wrong address.</p> <p>Account number : ********** 1</p>
