Car registration papers given over **********ly

<p>I have been trying for over 2 years to get my PAID UP car registration papers from ABSA Vehicle Finance, they delivered my papers to a complete stranger who has absolutely no connection to me what so ever and despite numerous phone calls requesting them to tell why and where my papers are, they still pass the buck.</p>
