Car reg for deceased estate not received 12 days after promised

<p>Vehicle was purchased from deseased estate in April 2013. Only upon our enquiry were vehicle documents for transfer sent to us in Oct 2015. This did not include the origional car reg as the car was settled by the estate. Upon our assistance finaly the origional was trcked and promised for delivery by 23 Sept but didn't arrive. Then promised for 30 Sept but still nothing. Receiving no communication either. I have had the car roadworthy done but this is going to expire before I can get it transferred!</p>
