Car refinance

I have lodged a query since from forever case n:***, bad if not disappointing service i habe receive...my case was given to Daniel Delano...who gave it to Finky Khumalo to address ...application for refinance was done by Finky and got approved then...we started the process of changing the car to my name and contract thereof , which took over 6 weeks The 7th week still waiting for the contract I was called by Finky to tell me I was declined How can I be approved the1st time and declined later The same car I'm about to change to my name was paid by me R5800 and stil paid without any dishonesty and I'm the one paying R1800 for it insurance Then absa through Finky tells me I can't afford to pay I have recently acquired a loan...credit card... I have been banking with absa since from forever Some review this and correct Or you guys can easily come take your cat and I will save my 5800 plus 1800 Wil see what to do ***
