CAR PAYMENTS STOP BEING DEDUCTED!!

Hello there, We are paying off a car to ABSA and the payments have stopped going off the account this month. I have tried to call several times and they say it will be reinstated, and it doesn't show why the debit order has stopped but nothing is happening! If this doessn't get sorted out today it will look bad on our credit rating and track record. HELP & customer service is required ASAP!!!!!
