CAR PAPERS IN ARCHIVE
I am trying to get car papers for a car that has been paid off years ago. I want to sell the car and need the papers urgently. I have phoned, faxed Absa but to no avail. Or the phone just rings, or are dropped, or they say they cant help me the papers are in the archive, they gave me a number to fax the licence to so that they can investigate *** but nothing happened since then. I am trying since Sept 2012.
