Car papers

<p>I settled my car in December. Since then i have been trying to obtain my papers. When you phone vehicle finance even legal they just say they cant help me and I have already phoned so many times. This is unacceptable. I need this matter resolved IMMEDIATELY. absa is quick to phone and threaten if you are late with payment but now they refuse to assist when the car is settled?? </p>
