CAR PAID OFF NOW REGISTRATION PAPERS ARE HELD RANSOM???

Demanding More Money after I have settled my car On the 18th of December 2016 I settled my car. The 1st deposit was R20 000 and I saw there was about R437 which i still needed to settle which i deposited again same day directly to my AVAF account. Then on the 20th I called to confirm receipt of payment and requested registration documents which was confirmed and to be processed. On the 09th Jan 2018 I sent an email to Absa to refer my query to AVAF, i got no response. I called yet again on the 11th Jan 2018 to request registration documents. The lady told me that she will tell the admin people to close off my account and request registration documents, I was surprised because I thought it was closed already with my 1st call. This morning I get an SMS that I have to pay R568.13 which occured on 01 Jan 2018. Like really????? I paid off the car on the 18th Dec 2017, fully. Please process my registration documents. The most Infuriating thing is that i am the one who's supposed to follow up spending more than 20 min on each call. They don't even bother to call back, if your talk time is up then it's your loss. ABSA service is just ********** nje. I shall never deal with any Absa product ever
