car loan

Good day, I'm having a bad experience with Absa I have taken a car loan with them and now I've lost my job contract was terminated and i went to Absa branch at Maponya Mall they gave me the numbers to call which is ***Ref no ***9 and they also gave the number to call ***9 I've been calling this number from the 17/04/2024 till today they don't answer. I wanted to report my situation and send back the car to them cause i don't know when my Agent is going to get another job for me and I have app**** for my UIF and i wont be able to pay. i really need help cause i don't want my name to be on the bad credit and the second number they gave me i tried calling it on the branch the number was not going through they told me to use my phone calling this number.
