Car laon

I took a car loan with Absa and in February our contract was cancelled and I did report asked them to come fecth the car cause I won't be able to pay I don't know when am I going to get another job to my surprise yesterday my Aget that is assisting me to get the job called me and said I have a default payment with Absa and I've never received any communication from them since they collected the car in March and I did make the payment in March but they are listing and it affected my credit score I'm very disappointed
