CAR INSURANCE FORCED ON ME AFTER I PROVODED MY OWN
After I sent proof of a new car insurance I took, the next day ABSA took an insurance on my behalf & didn't bother to inform me,after replying to the email indicating that I don't want their insurance, they went ahead & deducted the premium using the vehicle reference. They took all details from the cover I sent to them & imported it to their own cover. Now, I'm sitting with 2 car insurance covers.
