Car Insurance

on the 19 December 2014 we had an accident . The Absa insurance had to write off our car.and the person who cause the accident also paid our insurance compny so when we ask our insurance what happen to our deposit we pay when we purchase the car they told us that we have lost it. We told them that it is not fair cause know we have lost the car plus they do not want to give us other car cause they have said they have paid off our car so we ask them what happen to the money the other insurance paid and they told us that it belongs to them . kindly assist us on this matter
