Car Finance through ABSA

Hallo Peter

I bought a vehicle from Ford and was financed through ABSA bank in 2015.

I was retrenched in 2017 and didn't even know that I could ask if they could review as I couldn't afford the payments. I had borrowed from all my family members to help me. I am a single female that does not have a second income.

I found out recently after working for another company as a contract worker, but my contract expired,that I could apply for 6 months that the amount will be reduced but certain documents had to be sent. The documents were sent but unfortunately I was given an email address and found out it was incorrect. this email was sent in June. I then had to call numbers that was given to me and battled a while until i eventually got through to someone and she said she will sent me an email for the correct documents. I have been unemployed now since March 2019 and have been told i can email or deliver the documents to ABSA, but the BIG question is, (Where do get the money, firstly get money for petrol or money to buy data) HALLO i ask with tears in my eyes.

I am so disgusted as I have been with ABSA for many many years and this is the treatment i received.
