CAR FINANCE ISSUE NEVER RESOLVED (BAD SERVICE)

Terrible assistance. I was a first time buyer of an accident second hand vehicle. They sent a Finance and Insurance representative to process my Finance and assess the vehicle. He came to the dealership checked the car and said everything was fine. Being excited on buying my first vehicle the F & I came and said everything was okay. I first had an issue with my rim being bent and the dealership assisted. I started getting serious issues with car just after 2 months. I called the dealership and they refused to assist. I then repaired the issue myself. Now currently the car is not drivable, I asked the F & I to send me all documents on the inspection of the vehicle and only realised that the car had issues from the beggining of which the bank is not supposed to finance a vehicle with such issues in the first place. I have been calling the bank several times for assistance with no avail. I have called the F and I for him to tell me that I signed the papers that he rushed me to sign and never gave me a copy of this. The bank hasn not intevened at all on their car and yet after every month they need to collect their money. That's unfair treatment, after all I believed in what they told me that the vehicle was okay and all issues that were mentioned where inside, things that you could not see with a naked. The car was dangerous to drive from the get go.
