car finance and ford messing me around

<p>i got told to settle my car account with them befor 27 july 2016, i did so on 26 july. I have been trying to find out from absa if my account is now closed and they keep hanging up on me when i do call in. I want to lay charges of ***** against absa and ford as the car they sold me was the incorrect one and i only found this out now as i was trading it in for anouther car.</p>
