<p>I purchased a Vehicle through ABSA have not missed a payment and came to the end of the contract, however there is a residual balance, told I have to reapply which I did for the amount and then only to be told what I have been paying for the Car of over R 330 000 I have to pay the same installment on R 132 000</p> <p>I was also not asked if I would like to add a extended plan or anything !!!</p>
