CAR FINANCE

Good day. I have had a car with absa and it was taken repossessed this year in June 2015 since I lost the job I had, I did report to them that I had lost the job when they called and asked if I was aware that my account was in arears. So now I got a job and for appointment letter to processed but the condition of the job is to make an arrangement with ABSA on repayments once I start working but now I can seem to be having someone who can help me, I call Legal on ***and they say my account is with a person by the name of Gunther on *** and Gunther's office takes me back to Legal dept. Saying that this account isn't with them so its up and downs no one knows what's what in there. So Can I please have someone who is going to help me get this right with ABSA???
