Good day . My Name is Mongezi Voco I recently bought a car through a dealer called Q cars but I am financed by Absa. I purchased a Car on the first of March 2019 and on the 21 of March I was involved in a car accident. I claimed to my insurance and the claim was declined because they say they found some irregularities of the mileage. How ? When I joined the insurance they asked I take the picture of my mileage and I did that .in the process of claiming I was asked to produce a contract from the dealer and I did as asked,the contract stated a wrong mileage which was more than the one on the vehicle during the purchase time . To me that’s ********** ,how can they record a wrong mileage on the contract ? Whose fault is that ? My fault no . Can Absa please intervene because I can’t continue paying for a car that I don’t have because of the mistake that was done by the dealership. My contact number is ********** ..
