Car Documentation

Good Day All,<br> <br> My Mother bought a car and paid it up. SInce then we have been struggling to get hold of the registration papers of the car. According to the local Municipality, the car is still in ABSA's name.<br> <br> We have completed the Archive Natis request form, send ID copy with Licence disc to this [Email Removed] email address.<br> <br> After sending, I phoned to make sure that the documentation has been received and everything is there and clear. Phoned 3 Times in the next two weeks only to find out the the information was not clear. Spoke to the Supervisior, and he said they send me a message witch I have till now not received.<br> <br> According to the call centre agent, we needed an account number witch is on the paid up letter. Went and fetch the paid up letter but the account number field was blank? Told them but they could'nt help me. Not even My ID number worked?<br> <br> What and where can we go to get this car of my name?<br> <br> Please help because this is becoming a problem.<br> <br> Regards,
