Car accident claim

Good Day<br> <br> I had a Car Accident on te 5th May 2015. I called them while on the scene and the tow truck was sent through to tow the damaged car.<br> <br> Every day there after nobody has communicated with me in this regard instead I or my husband must make follow up calls. In all the calls we have made they tell us different story e.g the person who needs to approve is not in or they are waiting for confirmation from my previous insurance companies.<br> <br> Today 14 May I was told it takes 15 days to process the claim and told by Mohamed.<br> <br> Mohamed was very rude with me. Every month Absa Idirect debit my account without any hassles but if I make a claim it's a mission to pay out.<br> <br> I just want your help as I bought the car to transport myself to work and kids to school now I need to rely on my husband to trasport us all.<br> <br> What I need to know from Aba Idirect are they going to pay for the damages or not?<br> <br> Please help.<br> <br> Regards<br> Nomthi Magadla
