Can't reset online pin

I am in the USA till April. I accidentally ocked my online banking because I put the wrong pin in. Trying to reset it online I got the message to go into a bank to reset. The then called the call centre and was told the same. I explained my situation that I will out of the country for another 2 months. Was told there is nothing they can do as that is the new policy. This was just one of the may problems I have had dealing with absa in the last 3 years. All I can warn other people is don't open a absa account. Spare yourself the headache of going into the bank every time you have a issue.
