cant pay bills cause absa too huge amount twice

i called absa callcentre there was a double amount cut from my account it was R3270<br> <br> they told me they can not assist and to send a email and i did no response yet <br> <br> apparently its a thing absa does double deductions <br> <br> i would like my money back asap<br>
