Can't load my cards onto my new phone
Cant load my debit card or credit card on my new iPhone. Don't have a verification system on their App. I've been calling *** for help. 3D department. So eventually I got thru to a ***ca. Asked me to send screenshots of my problem. Nothing happens.Got a Malissa on the line now. Fist she confirmed Bridgett did not escalate it. Then she decided to end the call. She was annoyed with me, and yes I was annoying. My Discovery savings card was loaded within 10 seconds. So Absa what is your excuses and yes it will be excuses not just one.

16 Oct 2025, 12:05How dare you say you did not have my card details since I've been on the phone so many times, and as a bank it should be on my profile. But it did get sorted: don't suppose ABSA will reimburse by cellphone account. BUT The are two English sayings: 1) Enough is Enough and 2) too little too late.. So I'm moving to a bank with much more, client-minded, attitued.
