Can't get through anyone to help

I can't believe, I have been calling, waiting and being sent back and forth all morning just to make a debit order date change for this month. Everyone I get through tells me they are taking me through to Personal Loans department and the call doesn't get through or if I call the department directly I still don't get through. I just need to change my debit order date because of the Christmas holiday. I am disappointed.
