Cant get my Credit card

I have been strugling to get my Credit card since 15 Feb 2016. My credit card was still student status witch does son make sence as my other acounts have been changed but not my credit card. I have not been a student for more than 3 years. I have been told the account needs to be closed for a new credit card application to be done. I was told they cant cancel the card, the call center will contact me, witch i had to also do by my self after 5 days of waiting to be contacted. After eventualy gotten my acount closed for the new application to go threw. From the 19th I am still waiting for my card, and have just been told they dont have a turn around time yet as the process has been changed???<br> <br> If this is not sorted out URGENTLY I am taking my money to a different bank.
