cant get help

I was at vaal vereeniging I wanted to withdraw some money on the investment that I have with Absa but the lady did not want to help me. I app**** for the cheque account and it was approved but the overdraft of R1500.00 declined but I have an investment with them. Funny thing after I was not allowed to have some withdrawal I received a call from their sales team telling me that I qualify for loan on this number ***. I think it is better for me to close everything as at standard bank they are willing to give me the cheque account with overdraft R1500.00
