Cant find payment what else cant be found
I got a Absa credit card and due to my stupid current bank FNB there was a mix up with the debit order that caused me to land up in arrears with Absa. I've made an arrangement with ABSA to pay every month which I have and used the refernce number that was sms'd to me and all of a suddern now they cant find payments. If i give someone a reference number i should be able to find the allocated payment now my question is how exactly does your payment allocation system work?
