Can't even settle your account

All I want is my credit card settlement email with banking details so that I can do my payment and settle the full account, Debt review department tells me it is with legal, and legal absa tells me it is with Debt review absa, but I constantly get pushed back and forth over a phone call and had to constantly reload airtime as a result.

The last phone call I had the lady over the phone which didn't even introduce herself properly, making noises while saying her name. Says that she sees something is on with my account which I mentioned Monday ago. This is the reference of an email at the 4th of Aug C-***7

And this was also the response I got "We’ve referred your email to the Legal Department as they’re the ones who can help you with your query. You can also contact them directly at ***."

When I called this number and hit option 1 then option 2, then these are the people I get to talk to. They put you on hold and after 15 min of waiting because of the fact they see something on the account and the phone call ends.
