Can't Contact ABSA Legal Department

My vehicle was re-possessed on Tuesday evening. The sheriff who collected the vehicle was surprised that I had not received a summons. I had no prior correspondence with Delberg attorneys, nor was a section 129 notice, or a summons issued to me. After a phone call and email to the attorneys they haven't been able to even give me a copy of the summons. Since yesterday I have been trying to contact ABSAs Legal department via the multiple telephone numbers that were given to me by the ABSAs Vehicle Finance Department. I will be able to settle within the next 2 weeks. Please can someone contact me?
