Can't Collect ID - ABSA Key West Krugersdorp

While trying to collect my daughter's ID today at Key West branch in Krugersdorp , we were told that "home affairs" office is closed. Yesterday it was the same thing, however the bank is still open and operating. The ID is ready to collection but ABSA won't let us collect.
