Can't close a personal loan accoubt
I had a personal loan with ABSA, in the beginning of March 2020, I paid the loan off, I phoned and was informed that it takes 7 to 14 days to officially close, nothing has happen and on 27 March again I have been charged the credit life policy, now really it feels to me this is a money making business, or someone doesn't know what they are doing.
