Cant beleive this

Hi, I went to this Absa Branch to get 3 months statement, because I want to get a new Phone from Cell C, which is in the same Shopping Center. When I got there they don't want to give the statements to me, because on our account you need 2 signatures. I always, in the plus minus 30 years that our Church is with Absa, got the statements myself, from the nearest branch, and never before had a problem. Then the Supervisor ask me why didn't I go the Florida Branch which is nearer. I try to Explain to her thatI thought it would be better at Clearwater Branch because I have to do my business there. At the end I had to turn back home without my new phone. Do I have to wait now until the Accountant is available, and that is weekends only, before I can get any stamped statements? Thank You
