Cant assist me

I received my Absa credit card statement and i cant open all the attachments, i then asked the lady if i can please change my debit order date and she said no she cant cause it is going to mess up my cycle? <br> I just want to move it from the 30th to the 25th of each month???? There was also purchases made on my card and she said she cant help me she can see anything?? <br> can any one that knows how the ABSA system work please assist me????
