Can’t apply for new card in the banking app

I’m am so disappointed with their internet banking!! I have been trying to get a new card because the one I have has expired and it’s no where on their banking app to apply for a new one.

I can’t even upgrade my account!! So frustrating considering some of us appreciate convenience and not having to go to the actual branch!

2ndly, I am not please with how I called in this morning followed all the necessary steps and when I finally get to a consultant I am directed to another ! It’s a constant loop!
