Cant access the money in my account - my own money which I gave notice to release!!!!!

<p>So iI have a tareget save account, and last year it matured but an additional dabit order went off. So I gave a notice (because I have to give a months notice to access the money) for 19 January 2017. I even went to a brach to make sure everything are in order and to close the account. Yesterday - the 19th my money was not available. So I called ABSA - they confirmed everything was fine and that the money would release 20 January 2017. Today, 20 January 2017 - the money STILL HAS NOT RELEASED - so I phoen again... Now they dont know why it hasnt released, a;though they can see the release on the system and I have to go into a brach !!!! I work full day and dont have time to stand in que - and plus, why do I have a platinum account and "internet banking" if I cant even get proper service or get my own money to release via the internet??!! This is why everybody is moving to FNB!!!!!</p>
