Cannot use card
I upgraded my Ultimate account to Ultimate plus. I added the card to my Samsung wallet and it wouldn't work - it kept declining. I called in they told me the card had a block they did remove it.
I was advised to remove and add the card again. When I add it now it says "Card restricted". Please help.
I now have to send money to Capitec in order to make card payments.
All other transactions are working except for the card
