Cannot update any information as it always stay the same

I have tried to change my email and house address 8 times now and still, it's wrong. I do not know what to do anymore, I even extended my home loan last year and gave all the correct information and still, it's wrong, how is this possible? I have my home loan with you for 6 years now and the house am living in is my address how is this still wrong?
