Cannot turn over dormant account back to normal after fail phone calls at branch

Today want to write positive review only first part of it. All started last Thursday want to reactivate my dormant account they cant do it the person at the equiry said to me i have came back 2 days later was yesterday they said i have come today i was under impression they unlocked the dormant account and said there is problem with my ID they claim there is another person in south africa have the same ID i want to ask my tears in my eye how the F is that possible some one can use my ID if i understand correctly there is another Pierre van der Merwe maybe evil aliens kidnap me in sleep and clone me on there mother ship i will never knewn i have never in my life hear sucks **** today take the cake the persone make one phone to another by absa headoffice cannot get the block account unblock. I cant believe is volkskas im sure the founding members will turn into there grave they seen what became volkskas aka absa today only a shadow what was before. I will never in my life open account at absa one of the worst banks on this planet
