cannot stop people from taking money from MY accou

A marketing company I have never heard of have been taking money from MY account, I have contacted the company and told them to stop, they still take. ABSA tell me they cannot stop this, ridiculous. I have not signed into an agreement with these people yet they can take money from my account, and my bank who I trust with my money will do nothing about it, I have to take it up with the company. I am fuming, people can access your account with your money, take it and your bank will not stop it. Really??? Absa you have failed miserably and now I will be closing my account, if you cannot protect your customers and allow their money to be ****** then you can keep your account.
