Cannot pay debt. Tried three times.

Almost two years ago my daughter left for Kazakhstan. January 2015 numerous registered letters arrived after postal strike about her accounts. The credit card debt could be paid at well known attorneys. The cheque account attorneys have a fictitious bank account. No payments are accepted. No one at Absa can help me. Many different stories, no help. My daughter's name and mine is at stake!!!!!! What do I do?
