Cannot open account online
I app**** online for a MegaU account for my daughter on 18 November 2021. I sent the necessary documentation to the adress given. Someone contacted me the next day to verify my details. Since then, not a word! It says that it will be completed within a few days but I've been waiting more than 2 weeks now. What's happening Absa?
